These laws ensure proper control and accountability over alcohol distribution. Only licensed establishments can sell alcohol, so as a mobile bar, we are not authorized to provide or sell alcoholic beverages. Instead, we offer a complete bar service, including bartenders and equipment, along with a detailed shopping list to help you purchase the necessary alcohol and mixers legally.

  • Our mobile bar packages have a minimum duration of 4 hours for service, with an additional 2 hours allocated for setup and cleanup, which is separate from the event time. This ensures we have ample time to prepare and tidy up, providing a smooth and enjoyable experience for your event.

  • We recommend booking our mobile bartending services as early as possible, ideally 4-8 months in advance, especially for popular dates and peak seasons. This ensures availability and ample time for planning.

  • Our mobile bar setup requires a flat, stable surface, access to a 30-amp outlet. If this are not available, we can provide our own generator upon request. We’ll work with you to ensure all setup requirements are met.

  • Cancellation and rescheduling policies depend on the timing and package. We’ll discuss these details during the booking process to ensure you understand the terms and have flexibility if your plans change.
